This time, we are delighted to use a new type of malt spirit developed in the 2010s, which, after maturation, has achieved the targeted fruity aroma and flavor. \u003cbr\u003eFor aging, we primarily used American white oak bourbon barrels, a specialty of Fuji Gotemba Distillery. To create a rich flavor, we also incorporated beer-aged barrels and French oak wine-aged barrels that we had been experimenting with.
