"Kikusato Southern Barrel" is an awamori koshu aged in oak barrels, brewed by Kikusato Shuzo in Miyakojima, Okinawa Prefecture. It is one of the brewery's signature brands, made by carefully aging distilled awamori in oak barrels, allowing it to develop an amber hue.
