Orders completed by 9:00 AM on a business day will be shipped on the same day at the earliest.

If you wish to specify a delivery date, please select the date from the delivery date selection field on the "Order Confirmation" page. - If you wish for the earliest possible shipment, please select "No Preference (Earliest)".
- If your desired date is not available in the options, please write your desired date directly in the inquiry field and complete your order. However, we cannot accept same-day delivery for orders placed the day before, or dates more than one month in advance.

About Packaging
The number of bottles that can be combined into one package varies depending on the shipping method (room temperature or cool delivery).

- Even for sizes smaller than 720ml, the number of packages may change or we may use 1800ml cartons depending on the shape of the container or the presence of the product's outer box.
Suspension of Shipping Procedures
In the following situations, shipping procedures may be temporarily suspended, and we may contact you by phone or email for consultation:
・If there are deficiencies in the order information or special requests.
・If a defect or shortage is discovered in the ordered product.
・If the actual billing amount exceeds the amount automatically calculated at the time of order, etc.
Furthermore, if we are unable to reach you for a certain period, your order may be canceled.
About Shipping Delays
We strive to arrange product deliveries as close to the estimated shipping date as possible, but due to various circumstances, scheduled delivery may be difficult.
Especially during major holidays, adverse weather conditions, and busy seasons such as Father's Day and December, logistics may be delayed, and delivery may not be possible as specified.
Please consider the specified date and time as a guide and we recommend receiving your items early.
If your product does not arrive, please check the delivery status using the tracking service with the shipping slip number provided in the "Product Shipment Notification" email sent after shipment, and contact the shipping carrier directly.
