【Important】Notice of Delivery Delays and Suspension of Chilled Yu-Pack Acceptance (Okinawa and Amami Region, Kagoshima Prefecture)
Currently, due to the effects of Typhoon No. 13, there are delivery disruptions for Yu-Pack parcels addressed to Okinawa Prefecture and the Amami region of Kagoshima Prefecture.
■ Regarding Chilled Yu-Pack
Acceptance of refrigerated (chilled/frozen) Yu-Pack parcels addressed to the following regions has been temporarily suspended.
・Okinawa Prefecture: All areas
・Amami Region, Kagoshima Prefecture: Kikaijima, Tokunoshima, Okinoerabujima, Yoronjima, Amami Oshima
※Suspension Period: August 6th (Thursday) ~ until further notice
■ Regarding Room Temperature Yu-Pack
Regular Yu-Pack parcels that do not require refrigeration are still being accepted, but significant delivery delays are occurring for parcels addressed to Okinawa Prefecture and the Amami region of Kagoshima Prefecture.
Furthermore, depending on future circumstances, delays may occur in other regions as well.
