Delivery will be made one to two days after the shipping completion email is sent. *For Honshu and Shikoku, delivery is the day after shipping; for other regions, it is two days after shipping. (Excluding some remote islands)

In the case of defective products due to our error (products and damage/stains that occurred during shipping), we will promptly address the issue (returns, exchanges, etc.).
Please return the product by cash on delivery within 7 days from the date of arrival.
However, we cannot accept defects caused by insufficient customer care (for products requiring temperature control).
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns after shipping for reasons other than those listed above.
