International Shipping / 国際配送について

Welcome to Sumidaya Online Store. We are pleased to offer international shipping to customers outside Japan through our partner service, WorldShopping.

How it works / ご利用の流れ

  1. When you visit this website from outside Japan, the WorldShopping Cart will appear automatically.
    海外からアクセスすると、自動的に「WorldShoppingカート」が表示されます。
  2. Add the items you would like to purchase to the WorldShopping Cart. Simply click "Add to Cart" on the WorldShopping banner to begin your order. Please note that the cart will only appear for items that can be shipped to your country.
    WorldShoppingカートにお好きな商品を追加してください。WorldShoppingバナーの「カートに入れる」をクリックすると購入手続きに進みます。カートに表示されるのは、あなたの国へ配送可能な商品のみです。

Fees / 手数料について

WorldShopping charges a 10% service fee based on the total product price (item price + domestic shipping cost within Japan). Once your items arrive at the WorldShopping warehouse, you will receive a second payment request that includes international shipping, handling, and any other applicable fees.
WorldShoppingは「商品代金＋日本国内送料」に10％のサービス料を請求します。商品がWorldShoppingの倉庫に届いた後、国際配送料・手数料等を含む2回目のお支払いのご案内が届きます。
