Chartreuse is a monastery located at the foot of the Alps in France.
The recipe was recorded in a book transferred in 1605, and it has been the history of Chartreuse for over 400 years since then.
The "Yellow = Jaune" has a gentle sweetness. The color and flavor, made from natural ingredients such as herbs, are very profound, characterized by a rich sweetness reminiscent of honey.
It is recommended to drink it straight or on the rocks, or mixed with tonic water.
