This is the second label of Château Latour, one of the five First Growth châteaux that reign at the pinnacle of Bordeaux.
Les Forts de Latour uses grapes over 40 years old from plots surrounding the special area called L'Enclos, which produces excellent grapes.
It also uses grapes from the same plots as the first label, but which were deemed not to meet the quality standards during blending.

While there are differences in the use of 50-60% new oak for aging and a higher proportion of Merlot, the winemaking process is exactly the same as for the first wine. It boasts superb quality that transcends the category of a second wine, equivalent to a Second Growth.

We ship in recycled cardboard boxes. Recycled cardboard boxes are those used by the brewery when shipping sake to us. Therefore, the brand of the product you ordered may differ from the brand indicated on the box.

About shipping methods

During winter (roughly November to March), products are shipped at room temperature.
During summer (roughly April to October), we recommend cool shipping (additional charge) to preserve quality.
