Awarded gold prize in the shochu category at an international tasting competition. A beautiful, refreshingly aromatic Kuma (pure rice) shochu.
This Kuma shochu is crafted using Hinohikari sake-brewing rice from Sagara Village in southern Kumamoto Prefecture, polished with the pristine groundwater of the Kuma River, renowned as Japan's cleanest river.
It features a refreshing ginjo aroma, the inherent sweetness of rice, a subtle saltiness, and a crisp finish. You can enjoy a clear, clean taste, full of the rich natural blessings of the Kuma River.
