Kiccho is named after "Kiccho-san," the protagonist of a folk tale, and its name is known throughout Japan. Nikaido Brewery is a historic brewery that has been consistently providing high-quality shochu by combining tradition and innovation.

Production Method

Kiccho Tsubo is carefully fermented and distilled using carefully selected two-row barley as the main ingredient and Nikaido's unique yeast. It is aged in ceramic jars, and the long aging process achieves a deep flavor and rich aroma. Aging in ceramic jars gives the shochu a mellow and rich taste, bringing out its unique flavor.
