This XO Calvados from "Boulard" is produced in the Pays d'Auge region of Normandy. Even among XO calvados, which typically require a minimum of 6 years of aging, this spirit is crafted by blending apple brandies that have been aged for even longer periods.
Its amber color, developed through long-term aging, is accompanied by a complex and deep aroma reminiscent of dried fruits and spices. The taste offers a spicy kick with a lingering, mellow sweetness.
Recommended way to drink
We recommend enjoying it straight or on the rocks, slowly savoring the changes in its aroma and flavor. It is also suitable for an after-dinner drink or for a special occasion.
