Ohnishi: Ichiyaboshi Squid Tonbi
Tonbi is the beak of a squid, and only one can be obtained from each squid.
Ika Tonbi is a delicacy made from squid, seasoned deliciously and then dried overnight. The rich flavor of the squid spreads throughout your mouth. It is a connoisseur's delight with a moist texture, moderate firmness, and a deep flavor.
The tip of the Ika Tonbi (the black part) is hard and sharp and cannot be eaten, so please be very careful when removing it to avoid cutting your hands or mouth.

【Packaging for Product Shipment】
We will ship in recycled cardboard boxes. The recycled cardboard boxes are those used when sake was delivered to us from the brewery. Therefore, the brand of the product you ordered and the brand written on the box may differ.
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, a purchase statement will be included in the package.
If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be assured that a purchase statement will not be included in the package.
In this case, the email sent from our shop to the orderer will serve as the statement, so please check it.
Delivered as early as the next day.
Shipping costs less than standard delivery.
Delivery will be made on the day after or two days after the shipping confirmation email is sent. *For Honshu and Shikoku, delivery will be the day after shipping; for other regions, it will be two days after shipping. (Excludes some remote islands)
