Kantsuma continues to be particular about carefully selected ingredients that pair well with sake, manufacturing methods that bring out the best in those ingredients, and menu development. This masterpiece uses shelled oysters harvested from Hiroshima Prefecture waters, smoked with cherry chips to bring out their umami, and finished with seaweed salt.
【Regarding product packaging for shipping】
Products will be shipped in recycled cardboard boxes. The recycled cardboard boxes are those that were used when sake was delivered from the brewery to our company. Therefore, the brand name of the product you ordered and the brand name written on the box may differ.
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, a purchase statement will be included in the package.
If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be assured that a purchase statement will not be included in the package.
In this case, the email sent from our shop to the orderer will serve as the statement, so please check it.
