Commitment to Blending
The undiluted sake used in 'SLEEPY ELEPHANT' is a long-term aged sake with strong individual characteristics, so even a slight difference in ratio can significantly change its flavor.
Therefore, we repeatedly discussed and reviewed the blend ratios to determine the final blend.
To achieve a balance between the aroma of rice and fruitiness, and the savory aroma of grain with a smoky and rich aroma, we used a rare 41-year-aged undiluted sake, one of the oldest in Satsuma Shuzo. This is a premium product with a rich and full-bodied finish and a long-lasting sense of satisfaction that comes from drinking fine sake.

[Regarding product packaging for shipment]
We will ship in recycled cardboard boxes. The recycled cardboard boxes are those used when sake is delivered to us from the breweries. Therefore, the brand name of the product you ordered and the brand name indicated on the box may differ.
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, a purchase statement will be included in the package.
If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be assured that a purchase statement will not be included in the package.
In this case, the email sent from our shop to the orderer will serve as the statement, so please check it.
