Fruity and refreshing ginjo sake

For the rice, we use "Hattan Nishiki," a sake rice representative of Hiroshima, and "Shinsenbon," which has long been loved locally.
By carefully polishing the rice to 58% and brewing it with the brewery's unique apple yeast, a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of apples and white fruits emerges.
With a sake meter value of +5 and an acidity of 1.3, it is a slightly dry sake with a clean and crisp aftertaste, making it a perfect accompaniment to meals.
