Established in 1898, this unique distillery is located in the heart of Speyside and produces two types of single malt whisky: one using non-peated barley malt and one using peated barley malt. It is characterized by its rare in-house floor malting and its production method that uses various casks for maturation and finishing. This masterpiece skillfully harmonizes sherry cask aged new make, Oloroso cask finished new make, and Pedro Ximénez cask finished new make, resulting in a rich sweetness derived from sherry casks and the fruity flavors characteristic of Speyside coexisting. It features multi-layered fruit and oak-derived spices.
