• Sakurao Single Malt: Aged in the Sakurao cellar facing the Seto Inland Sea. The warm winds from the sea and the cold winds from the mountains create a unique flavor in the whisky. It offers aromas of raisins, orange, and peach, balanced with vanilla sweetness, a pleasant astringency, and acidity. It is characterized by a comfortable smokiness and a lingering, rich, sweet aroma.

• Togouchi Single Malt: Aged in the Togouchi cellar, a former railway tunnel nestled in the Chugoku Mountains. This environment, which maintains a cool temperature throughout the four seasons, imparts a delicate flavor to the whisky. It features aromas of vanilla, apple, marmalade, and melon, with a light and smooth mouthfeel. Its appeal lies in its clean sweetness and crisp finish.
