Yamazaki 12 Year Old: Introduced in 1984, this is a representative single malt Japanese whisky. It is produced at the Yamazaki Distillery, established in 1923 as Japan's first whisky distillery, using the pristine "Rikyu no Mizu" (water of the imperial villa) and matured in a humid climate surrounded by bamboo groves. From the treasured malt casks that have aged for over 12 years through Yamazaki's four seasons, only the most mature malts, suitable for enjoying neat, are carefully selected.

YUZA Spring in Japan 2024: This is a unique Japanese whisky crafted by the Yuza Distillery in Yamagata Prefecture under the concept of "TLAS (Tiny, Lovely, Authentic, Supreme)," aiming for authenticity and the highest quality. It features carefully selected first-fill bourbon barrel new make, vatted with sherry cask new make as a key malt.

Flavor and Aroma Characteristics
