It is characterized by its smooth texture, balancing a subtle sweetness with refreshing acidity. Unique Aging Method of Madeira Wine
Grapes are pressed using a mechanical press (not foot-treading), and "fortification" is performed by adding 96% alcohol grape spirits once fermentation is more than halfway complete. Afterward, it is aged for three months using the "Estufagem method," an artificial heating maturation process, and then matured in barrels for approximately two more years. This unique production method creates the deep and complex flavor characteristic of Madeira wine.

Made from 100% Tinta Negra grapes, this full-bodied medium-dry wine exhibits an amber to golden color. It is excellent as a stand-alone aperitif or nightcap, and its versatility makes it highly recommended as a food wine, pairing well with a wide range of dishes.
