This limited edition gin features this botanical, which grows abundantly on the World Heritage site of Miyajima, along with 6 other Hiroshima-grown botanicals such as rosemary, Shiranui citrus, and green tea, plus 6 imported botanicals including French juniper berries, for a total of 12 botanicals. Distilled using a hybrid method that simultaneously employs both steeping and vapor infusion, the result is a flavor that harmonizes the refreshing herbal aroma of the chaste tree with a mellow sweetness. This gin is a proven performer, having received a Master award at The Gin Masters 2022 (UK) and high acclaim at the Tokyo Whisky & Spirits Competition.
