Characteristics of Each Bottle

Yamazaki 12 Year Old (Kyoto)

An iconic Japanese single malt. It features a profound taste created by blending various aged whiskies, including those matured in Bourbon, Sherry, and Mizunara casks. It offers rich sweetness derived from sherry casks and a deep lingering finish.

Sakurao Sherry Cask (Hiroshima, Hatsukaichi)

A single malt matured in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima, where sea breezes reach. It has a rich taste characteristic of sherry casks, reminiscent of raisins, dried fruits, and chocolate, with a dense sweetness.

Setouchi Oloroso Sherry (Hiroshima, Kure)

A smooth and rich whisky nurtured by the mild climate of Setouchi. Matured in Oloroso sherry casks, it offers a harmonious blend of rounded sweetness and subtle oak aroma, leaving a pleasant finish.
