高カロテンのオレンジ芋「玉茜（タマアカネ）」を100%使用し、霧島酒造独自の「芋の花酵母」で仕込むことで、フルーティーな香りと軽やかな甘みを引き出しています。九州産さつまいもと霧島連山の地下水「霧島裂罅水」を使い、宮崎県都城市の自社工場で一貫生産。糖質ゼロ・プリン体ゼロも嬉しいポイントです。
