This notice is for corporations and sole proprietors. General consumers (individuals) are not eligible.
How to Use (Selection Procedure)
- Select "NP Deferred Payment (Invoice Payment)" under Payment Method on the cart/checkout screen.
- After confirming your order, a credit screening will be conducted by Net Protections (use may be denied depending on the results).
- After product delivery, an invoice will be sent.

What is NP Deferred Payment? (Eligibility/Payment Due Date)
NP Deferred Payment is a B2B invoice payment service provided by Net Protections, Inc. It is available for corporations and sole proprietors. Payment is due on a monthly closing basis, by bank transfer, at the end of the following month.
Benefits
- Can shorten delivery times
- Effective for cash flow as it's deferred payment
- For registered customers, invoices can be consolidated monthly, reducing accounting workload
How to Use
- Place an order by selecting "NP Deferred Payment (Invoice Payment)"
- Credit screening → Product shipment
- Invoice received → Bank transfer by the end of the following month
Terms of Use and Important Notes
- Eligibility: Corporations and sole proprietors only
- At the time of order, the claim for payment is transferred to Net Protections, Inc.
- Use may be denied depending on the results of the credit screening.
- Please pay by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice (bank transfer fees are borne by the customer).
- It is not permitted to pass on (charge extra for) NP Deferred Payment service fees.
