This Rich Black Plum Liqueur is made with 100% Kishu Nanko plums and finished with the rich flavor of brown sugar. Plum extract brings out a pleasant tartness, creating a harmonious taste that combines the deep, rich sweetness unique to brown sugar with the refreshing flavor of plums. At 10% alcohol by volume, it is easy to drink while still offering a satisfying body.
Recommended ways to enjoy
Enjoy the rich flavor of brown sugar slowly over ice, or mix it with soda for a refreshing plum sour. Mixed with milk, it makes a mellow, dessert-like drink. In winter, we also recommend enjoying it warm with hot water.
