カフェ・ド・パリというブランドについて
カフェ・ド・パリは1960年代にフランス・ボルドー地方で生まれ、現在はペルノ・リカール社が手がけるフレーバードスパークリングワインのブランドです。6種のフランス産白ブドウを使ったスパークリングワインをベースに、果実の香りを生かした天然フレーバーを合わせるのが特長で、世界70カ国以上で親しまれています。アルコール度数はフレーバーによって6〜7.5度程度と低めに設計されており、ワインが得意でない方や食事の合間の一杯としても楽しみやすい味わいです。サクランボは、そのラインナップの中でも赤い果実らしい華やかな香りと、キリッとした酸味のバランスが持ち味のフレーバーです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
基本の飲み方は、グラスにたっぷりの氷を入れてゆっくり注ぐ「オン・ザ・ロック」。時間が経つにつれて氷が溶け、味わいの変化も楽しめます。ソーダで割ればさらに軽やかな口当たりになり、暑い季節の食前酒にもぴったりです。750mlサイズはホームパーティーや女子会など、みんなでグラスを傾けるシーンにも向いています。チーズやフルーツタルト、いちごのショートケーキなど、酸味のあるデザートとの相性も良好です。
