ブランドの背景とグレープフルーツの味わい
カフェ・ド・パリは1960年代フランス・ボルドー地方で誕生し、現在はペルノ・リカール社が手がけるフレーバードスパークリングワインのシリーズです。6種のフランス産白ブドウを原料にしたスパークリングワインに、果実そのものの香りを生かした天然フレーバーを重ねる製法で、世界70カ国以上で親しまれています。度数は6〜7.5度前後とワインの中では低めで、グレープフルーツは柑橘らしいすっきりとした酸味とほのかな苦みが持ち味。爽快感のある後味で、食欲をそそる一本に仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
氷を入れたオン・ザ・ロックでいただくのが基本ですが、炭酸水で割ればより軽やかなアペリティフ風に。食前の一杯としてはもちろん、から揚げや天ぷらなど油を使った料理とも相性がよく、口の中をさっぱりとリセットしてくれます。750mlサイズは来客時やホームパーティーでのシェアにも便利です。
