カフェ・ド・パリとレモンの味わいについて
カフェ・ド・パリは1960年代にフランス・ボルドー地方で誕生し、現在はペルノ・リカール社が手がけるフレーバードスパークリングワインのブランドです。6種のフランス産白ブドウを使ったスパークリングワインに、果実の香りを生かした天然フレーバーを重ねる製法で、世界70カ国以上で親しまれています。レモンは度数7.5%とラインナップの中ではやや高めで、シトラスらしい爽快な酸味とすっきりとした後味が持ち味のフレーバーです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
氷をたっぷり入れたオン・ザ・ロックでいただくのが定番で、レモンの爽やかな香りが引き立ちます。から揚げやフライなど脂っこい料理との相性もよく、食前の一杯や暑い季節の乾杯酒としてもおすすめです。750mlサイズはホームパーティーでのシェアにも向いています。
