内容紹介
ブラン・ド・ノワールは、赤ワイン用の黒ぶどうを、果皮を長く浸漬させずに搾ることで白ワインとして仕込む製法です。ピノ・ノワール100%ならではの確かな骨格と重厚感を持ちながら、シャンパーニュと同じ瓶内二次発酵によるきめ細やかな泡が、エレガントで繊細な味わいに仕上げています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
骨格のしっかりとした味わいは、鶏肉や豚肉料理、クリーム系のパスタなど、白ワイン用のスパークリングとしてはやや厚みのある料理とも好相性です。食事を通して楽しめる懐の深さが魅力の1本です。
