"Kujira no Bottle Ayashikurokoji" is an imo shochu brewed by Oosaga Brewery in Kanoya City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Made from purple sweet potatoes with black koji, and diluted with "Kotobuki-zuru," natural hot spring water from Tarumizu Onsen, this shochu offers both richness and brilliance.

The brilliant aroma characteristic of purple sweet potato is layered with the robust flavor and substantial body unique to black koji preparation. When enjoyed with hot water, the umami of the sweet potato is even further enhanced.
