シチリア島の土着品種フラッパートと、国際品種シラーズをブレンド。両品種の個性を引き出しながら、シチリアならではの陽光を浴びた果実味としっかりとした骨格を両立させています。ベルリナー・ワイン・トロフィーで複数回金賞を受賞するなど、国際的な品評会でも高い評価を得ている実力派です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
グラスに注ぐと鮮やかなルビーレッド。ダークチョコレートやスパイス、チェリージャムを思わせる香りが広がり、口当たりはフルボディでありながら滑らか。余韻には持続するチョコレートのような風味が続きます。18℃程度でしっかりと熟成させた赤身肉料理やチーズ、チョコレートを使ったデザートとの相性もおすすめです。
