三年という熟成期間を経て、泡盛特有の香りに丸みが加わり、まろやかな飲み口に仕上がっています。
おすすめの飲み方
水割りやロックで、香りの変化を楽しみながらゆっくりと。お湯割りにすると熟成香がより感じられます。
合わせたい料理
沖縄料理はもちろん、豚の角煮や海鮮料理などとも好相性です。
