Aged in new American white oak barrels that have undergone the most intense charring process, known as "alligator char." Bottled non-chill filtered at 55% (110 proof), it is characterized by a spicy kick reminiscent of chili pepper.
A Once-in-a-Lifetime Taste, Different with Each Barrel
The sweetness of vanilla and toffee, fruity aromas, and a complex finish reminiscent of aged leather combine to create a unique and distinctive single barrel expression.
