内容紹介
ホワイトポートは白ブドウのみを使い、通常のポートワインと同じく発酵途中でブランデーを添加して造る酒精強化ワイン。フルーティーな甘みとほのかな苦みが調和した、爽やかで奥行きのある味わいに仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてストレートでアペリティフに、またはトニックウォーターで割って"ポート・トニック"としても人気です。オリーブやナッツなど軽いおつまみとの相性も抜群です。
