内容紹介
ピノ・ノワールを主体に、ピノ・ムニエ、シャルドネの3品種を約50〜60もの異なるクリュからブレンドし、最低3年間の瓶内熟成を経て造られています。赤ワインを加えるアッサンブラージュ製法によって鮮やかなローズピンクの色合いを実現し、赤い果実を思わせる華やかな香りと、芳醇でエレガントな味わいが特徴です。創業者ヴーヴ・クリコ夫人が瓶内熟成中のオリを取り除く「ルミュアージュ(動瓶)」の技法を編み出したことでも知られる、革新の歴史を持つメゾンの1本です。
