紀州産南高梅を100%使用し、黒糖の豊かな風味を加えて仕上げたのがこの濃厚黒梅酒です。梅エキスを加えることで心地よい酸味を引き立て、黒糖ならではのコクのある甘みと梅の爽やかさが調和した味わいに仕上げています。アルコール度数10%で、しっかりとした飲みごたえがありながら飲みやすい一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ロックでじっくりと黒糖の風味を味わうのはもちろん、ソーダ割りにすれば爽やかな梅サワーに。牛乳割りにすればデザート感覚のまろやかな一杯になります。冬場はお湯割りで温まりながら楽しむのもおすすめです。
