内容紹介
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン56%、メルロ35%、カベルネ・フラン7%、プティ・ヴェルド2%をブレンド。17ヶ月かけてていねいに育成・熟成され、樽の30%に新樽を使用しています。ビロードのようになめらかな口当たりと、太陽を感じさせる豊かな果実味が特徴で、グラン・ヴァンを思わせるエレガンスを、早くから楽しめるスタイルに仕上げています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
赤身肉のグリルやローストビーフなど、しっかりとした味わいの料理との相性が抜群です。抜栓後、少し時間を置いて香りを開かせてから楽しむのもおすすめ。特別な日の食卓にもふさわしい一本です。
