65 years ago, in 1957, Komasa Jyozo released "Mellow Kozuru," Japan's first barrel-aged rice shochu. 😀
Sixty years later, in 2017, they established Kanosuke Distillery, utilizing the techniques cultivated with "Mellow Kozuru."
This led to the creation of Japanese Single Malt Whisky Kanosuke.
This product is a barrel-aged rice shochu made by
further aging barrel-aged Mellow Kozuru in whisky barrels used for aging whisky at Kanosuke Distillery!
Since it's a limited edition, I couldn't buy it myself, so honestly, I don't know the taste... ( ; ; )
Released on 5/13! This is a limited edition sake with only 3000 bottles shipped.
700ml ¥5,500- (tax included)
