A domestic gin from a long-established Setouchi sake brewery, with a focus on lemons. It features a refreshing lemon aroma and a balanced flavor of sweetness and bitterness.
If I had to describe my experience drinking it with soda in one word, it would be "a sophisticated, grown-up lemon sour that isn't sweet." I highly recommend it to those who don't particularly enjoy sweet chu-hai beverages 😊
Completely changing the subject, exactly one year ago, all employees participated in a tasting of almost all major lemon sours on the market.
