Q. It seems there's something left in my cart and I can't delete it. What should I do?

A. Tap the item in your cart. Then, tap the [-] button below Quantity to decrease the quantity.

Q. I'm trying to register my address and other details in advance, but I can't. Do I have to purchase an item first?

A. You can register your card and address in advance. For details, please click here.

Q. Is payment by bank transfer possible?

A. Yes, it is. Please select bank transfer from the payment options.

Q. If I choose bank transfer for payment, and the item sells out during a first-come, first-served sale, will my purchase be invalidated?

Would credit card payment be better in that case?

A. Both bank transfer and credit card payments are considered complete once you reach the purchase completion screen. While it's hard to say which is faster, many people successfully purchased items with bank transfers in past secret sales.

Q. I've tried to register my address and card, but only "Pay now" is displayed. Does clicking that button register my details?

A. Please refer to this for information on how to register your address and card.

Q. By the way, if I manage to buy an item, can other items be shipped together?

A. Yes, if you contact us, we can combine items you purchased later into a single shipment and refund the shipping fee.
