福美人酒造は、大正6年から酒都・西条で酒造りを続けてきた蔵です。その酒造りの技術を学びに全国から杜氏が訪れたことから、「西條酒造学校」とも呼ばれました。平成に入ってからも全国新酒鑑評会で金賞を7回受賞しています。
そんな蔵の佳撰は、燗でも冷やでも飲みやすい、気取らない普段の酒。毎日の食卓で飲むからこそ、安心して手に取れる蔵元のお酒を選びたい方におすすめです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
燗酒でも冷やでも楽しめます。寒い夜は熱燗にして湯豆腐やおでんと、暑い日は冷やで冷奴や枝豆と。広島の方なら、小イワシの刺身やお好み焼きと合わせるのもおすすめです。容量がたっぷりあるので、料理酒と兼用するのも便利です。
