盛川酒造は、広島県で「白鴻」を醸す酒蔵です。「艶肌梅酒」は、広島県産の青梅を、蔵で汲み上げた極軟水で仕込んだ日本酒に漬け込み、果糖でさっぱりと仕上げた梅酒です。果糖の使用量も控えめにして、甘さがあとを引かない、すっきりとした味わいに。カロリーは一般的な梅酒に比べて約30％オフです。「艶肌」という名前には、日本酒が古くから美容とも縁のあるお酒として親しまれてきたことへの思いが込められています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
甘さ控えめでほどよい酸味があるので、食前酒はもちろん、食中酒にもぴったり。冷やしてストレートやロックで楽しめるほか、蔵元はぬる燗もすすめています。和食や、塩味の効いたおつまみと一緒にどうぞ。
