国産米100%使用。白鶴が公表している「まる辛口」の値は、日本酒度＋6、酸度1.3。辛口が冴える洗練された味わいで、味付けのしっかりした料理と合わせると、料理のおいしさを引き立ててくれます。2026年秋冬には味わいがリニューアルされています。
3Lは一升瓶およそ1本半強の容量。紙パックなので割れる心配がなく、飲み終えたあとはたたんで処分できるのも嬉しいところです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷やではキリッとしたキレを、燗にすると辛口の中のうまみがふっくらと感じられます。焼き鳥のたれやぶり大根、豚の生姜焼きなど、しっかりした味付けのおかずと合わせるのがおすすめです。
