雲海酒造は宮崎県の蔵元で、蔵元によると、そば焼酎「雲海」は同社が日本で初めてそばを原料として開発した本格そば焼酎です。「日向木挽 黒」は、九州産の厳選されたさつまいもと伝統の黒麹を使って造られる本格芋焼酎。蔵元は、芋の甘い香りとシャープなキレ味を特長に挙げ、ロックをおすすめしています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめはロック。氷を入れたグラスで、芋の香りとキレを楽しんで。チキン南蛮、宮崎地鶏の炭火焼き、冷や汁など、宮崎の料理とも好相性。たっぷり使えるパックは晩酌用に。
