毎年この時期を楽しみに待ってくださる方が多い、賀茂鶴の季節限定・数量限定の純米にごり酒です。友安総杜氏も「日本酒未経験の方にも、飲んでいただきたい」と太鼓判を押す、やさしい入口の一本。今年は2026年10月上旬からの本数限定でのご案内です。
ほど良い甘みと爽やかな口当たりの純米にごり
賀茂山系の天然伏流井水で仕込み、広島県産米を65%まで磨いて醸した純米酒です。日本酒度は－40と、にごり酒らしい甘みをしっかり感じられる仕上がり。それでいて口当たりは爽やかで、重たさを感じさせません。アルコール度数を12度台と控えめなのも、飲みやすさの理由です。
720mlは冷蔵庫にも収まりやすいサイズ。ご自宅で冷やしておいて、食後やお風呂上がりに少しずつ楽しむのもおすすめです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
いちばんのおすすめは冷酒。オン・ザ・ロックや常温でも楽しめます。蔵元おすすめの「にごり酒ハイボール」は、氷をたっぷり入れたグラスにこのお酒を半分、残り半分をソーダで満たすだけ。甘さがすっきりとして、唐揚げやピリ辛の中華などともよく合います。
