「キミア」は、南フランスのマルセイユ近郊の果樹園で実ったクムカット（金柑）を使ったリキュールです。金柑ならではの爽やかな甘酸っぱさが特徴。アルコール度数は15度と軽やかで、カクテルの材料としても使いやすい一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ソーダ割りやトニック割りにすると、金柑の香りが爽やかに広がります。オレンジジュースと合わせるカクテルもおすすめ。よく冷やしてロックで、食前酒として楽しむのも。チーズや生ハムなど、軽いおつまみと合わせてどうぞ。
