ドイツ南西部、黒い森と呼ばれるシュヴァルツヴァルト地方で造られるプレミアムクラフトジン「モンキー47」。47種類のボタニカルと47%のアルコール度数、そして47個の限定ナンバリングが名前の由来です。世界中のバーテンダーから支持される、香り高く複雑な味わいのジンです。
産地と造り
2008年に開設された蒸留所で、シュヴァルツヴァルトの澄んだ湧き水と、手摘みされたボタニカルを使用して造られています。ジュニパーベリーのクリアで凛とした香りに、スパイシーなアクセント、そしてクランベリーによるほのかな柑橘系のニュアンスが重なり、奥行きのある複雑な味わいに仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
トニックウォーターで割るジン・トニックはもちろん、ジンの個性がしっかり感じられるストレートやロックでもお楽しみいただけます。カクテルのベースとしても、その複雑な香りが際立ちます。
