雲海酒造は宮崎県の蔵元で、蔵元によると、そば焼酎「雲海」は同社が日本で初めてそばを原料として開発した本格そば焼酎です。「さつま木挽」は、九州産のさつまいもと、北薩の名峰・紫尾山系の豊かな森が生み出す清らかな水を仕込み水に、鹿児島・出水蔵で造られる本格芋焼酎。蔵元は、芋本来の自然な甘みとコクのある深い味わいを特長に挙げています（アルコール分25度）。
おすすめの楽しみ方
お湯割りにすると芋の甘い香りがふわりと広がります。ロックや水割りでも。さつま揚げ、豚汁、おでんなど、寒い季節の食卓に。パックなので晩酌用のストックにも便利です。
