燗酒好きの晩酌に、一升瓶の「激熱」
「千福」は広島県呉市の三宅本店の銘柄。蔵元によると、酒銘の「千」と「福」は創業者の母と妻の名前に由来し、古くから「家庭円満の酒」「縁起の良い酒」として親しまれてきました。「激熱」は、燗酒で楽しむことを前提に造られた本醸造酒（蔵元公表値：広島県産米・精米歩合70％・アルコール分15.5度・日本酒度+3.0・酸度1.2）。蔵元によると、熱燗ではスッキリとした辛口、常温ではコクのある旨味が楽しめます。IWC2022でシルバーメダルを受賞しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
徳利に移して熱燗で。おでん、湯豆腐、牡蠣の土手鍋など、鍋や煮物の季節に。一升瓶なら家族や仲間との鍋の日にも気兼ねなく注げます。暑い季節は「燗・ザ・ロック」もおすすめと蔵元は紹介しています。
