「鶴見」は、鹿児島県阿久根市の大石酒造が明治32年の創業時から造り続ける代表銘柄です。芋は国産のシロユタカ、白麹で仕込み常圧蒸留。蔵元によると、シャープな辛口に芋の甘みと香ばしい余韻があり、魚・肉・鍋料理によく合うとのこと。名前は、初代が阿久根に飛来する鶴を眺めながら飲んだことに由来します。
おすすめの楽しみ方
蔵元のおすすめはお湯割り。80℃ほどのお湯を先に入れ、後から焼酎を注ぐと香りが立ちます。ロックやソーダ割りでも。ぶり大根、黒豚のしゃぶしゃぶ、寄せ鍋など、魚・肉・鍋料理と一緒にどうぞ。
