Dolin Chambéry Dry 750ml | Vermouth France
Founded in 1821, Dolin is the only French vermouth producer to hold the A.O. designation. Its Chambéry Dry is a dry vermouth made using traditional methods from the Savoie region at the foot of the Alps.
Description
This dry vermouth features nutty aromas reminiscent of citrus peel and almonds, along with a crisp, refreshing finish like mint. With an alcohol content of 17.5%, it is favored by bartenders around the world as a cocktail base.
Recommended ways to enjoy
In addition to using it as a cocktail base for drinks such as martinis, we also recommend enjoying it well chilled as an aperitif. It pairs beautifully with delicate appetizers such as olives and white fish carpaccio.
